この店は水戸の人気ラーメン店です。
煮干ソバをメインに、純鶏白湯ソバ、鶏ソバ、まぜソバ、煮干油ソバなどがあります。
「煮干醤油ソバ（900円）」を注文。
茶濁のあっさりさらりとした醤油味のスープです。
かなり煮干しの利いた味で、ほんのり苦味もあるいわゆるセメント系の味ですが、比較的マイルド。
麺は極細のストレート麺で硬め。
