水戸市内からかなり離れた金谷町の築130年の古民家を利用したお店で行った時は予約で満席だったのでケーキをテイクアウトです。
買ったのはオレンジサンド530円で一般的なフルーツサンドのパンの変わりにシフォンケーキを薄く切ったものでオレンジと生クリームを挟んであります。
味はオレンジの酸味、クリームの甘さは良いですがシフォンケーキが自体がかなり甘いので全体的に甘目の方向で自分的はバランスが好みではありませんでした。
尚、シフォンケーキ製造元はシフォンケーキ・リアンさんでした。
