オープン以来 約1年ぶりの訪問。
以前「えぞっ子」があった場所です。
水やレンゲはセルフとなります。
今は麺の固さも選べる様なので 固めでオーダー。
着丼
見た目はオールドスタイル。
スープを一口頂く。
醤油が程良く利いていて 後味に甘味を感じる。
鶏や魚介の旨味がじんわりと味わえる 懐かしさもある美味しさです。
刻み玉葱が浮ぶビジュアルから 昔食べた「八王子ラーメン」を 少し思い出しました。
麺は「松月製麺所」の中細ストレート麺。
今は閉店した「すずき」さんも使っていた麺ですね。
このスープに合っている美味しい麺です。
具は チャーシュー・メンマ・海苔・ナルト・カイワレ・ネギ。
麺量やや少なめですが これでワンコイン。
