新しい中華の店と聞いて初訪問
四川飯店系とのことなので、ミニ陳麻婆豆腐と坦々麺をオーダー
坦々麺の最初のひと口はなんだか物足りない仕上がり
でも、穏やかで個人的にはありだけど、いくなんでも薄いか⁉︎
で、３口目あたりから「これタレがちゃんと混ざってないやつじゃん！」ということに気がつく
底の方からだんだんゴマの香と塩分がでてくる
狙いでやってるとしてもこれは嬉しくない仕上がり
麺もややかたく上がってて茨城仕上げ
個人的にはいまひとつ
そしていただけなかったのは麻婆豆腐
まず豆腐の水分が多すぎ
そして脂がタレと乳化しておらず別々な感じ
タレに一体感がない
となりのランチも食べさせてもらったが、野菜の周りをたっぷりコーティングした脂が風味もなくタレと分離
これでは…
茨城県民がいくら油好きでも、やや引いてしまう仕上がり
油が好きで塩っぱいのが好きな人には合うかもしれないが…素材の質は高そうなのになんか残念なお店だった
小鉢も塩っぱいとランチとしての箸休めがないので味の組み立てもイマイチ
なんでも豪華に見せればいいってもんでもないとおもうが…それでも派手な方が好きな人もいると思うのでそういう人にはいい店なのかもしれない
