ひき肉に国産牛を使っているのが特徴。
辛味、シビレがあるが、
旨味が勝つ美味しさ。
豆腐と牛肉のこだわりを感じます。

行方市の美明豚使用の肉味噌。
国産鶏、ニラ、もやし、ゴマの
旨味があふれています。
