素直に料理人の腕がいいと思う。
茨城町にある中華屋さん。外からだと、きっと予備知識なしでは中華屋さんだとは分からないと思う。
中は、今時なシンプルな造りと抑えめなお洒落感。いわゆる「町中華」な雰囲気ではない。
注文したもの
①日替わりランチ 1000円
イカのチャイニーズスパイシー炒め
奥久慈卵のニラ玉
豆乳プリン、豆花仕立て
(ここまでで1000円)
炒め物の辛さやスパイシーさは平均的で、誰でも食べられる程度で安心。セロリをたくさん使っているようで、結構目立つ。が、その苦味は餡の味付けでかだいぶかき消えているので敬遠するほどではないかな。イカとの食感の違いを楽しめる。
②チャーハン(スープとデザート付き)
思った以上にチャーシューが入っているのが良かった。程よくパラパラで素直に美味しいと感じられる。
デザートの豆乳プリンは優しい味で、濃い目の続いた食後にぴったりだった。
特に不満のない昼食だった。
また改めて来店して他のものも食べてみたい。
