[b:<About the store>] A yakitori specialty store (fried rice specialty store during lunch time) that opened on March 10, 2017. Previously, it was located on the premises of Mikawa 2-chome, Mito City, but on November 30, 2022, it was relocated and reopened on the premises of Soba Restaurant [a:8002696, Miyoshi]. The interior is inspired by New York Brooklyn and was created by the owner himself.・Parking lot [a:8002696, Soba Miyoshi] and 6 spaces available ・Seating configuration Counter seats…6 seats Table seats…1 table for 4 people, 1 table for 10 people ・ Other takeaway available Large fried rice at lunchtime Free serving, special size + 220 yen [b:<dish>] [b:■Pork belly and green onion salt fried rice (large serving)...950 yen including tax] Meat-based fried rice using 100g of pork belly. I asked for a large serving because it was free. It comes with salad and soup. Salads are served immediately after ordering, and soups are served at the same time as fried rice. ``Pork belly and green onion salt fried rice'' is not a fried rice with pork belly as an ingredient, but a fried rice with fried bean paste that has separately stir-fried pork belly and green onion salt sauce on top of the basic ``fried rice''. Fried rice on top. The fried rice itself is simply seasoned with salt and pepper, and is flaky. However, even if it's a large serving, it's not that much, and I personally think it's a normal amount for fried rice. Unless you are a picky eater, I think a large serving is better. The fried pork belly on top is fragrant with the charred parts, and the generous amount of grilled meat sauce-like green onion salt sauce on top is also very delicious. Moreover, it contains 100g, so you won't be disappointed. Squeezing the lemon that comes with it adds a refreshing sourness to the dish for a refreshing taste. "Fried rice" comes with stir-fried pork belly and salted green onions for an additional 220 yen, so I think it's good in terms of CP. [b:■ Fried rice with shrimp sauce (large size)...950 yen including tax] Fried rice with shrimp fried rice topped with a fluffy egg, topped with sour salsa sauce, and garnished with garlic shrimp. I asked for a large serving because it was free. I haven't eaten it yet so I don't know the details, but it seems to have been delicious. [b:■Black fried rice (large serving)...840 yen including tax] Fried rice with plenty of coarsely ground pepper. Choose the level of spiciness from normal or moderate. I asked for a large serving because it was free. I only had one bite, but it had more pepper and spiciness than I expected. The fried rice was spicy and delicious. [b:■ Fried rice (large serving)...730 yen including tax] Basic "fried rice". I asked for a large serving because it was free. I haven't eaten it yet so I don't know the details, but it seems to have been delicious. [b:■Yakitori set...220 yen including tax] A set menu that comes with the main fried rice. You can choose from 2 sauces or 2 salts. 3 sets, 2 bottles of ``Bonjiri (sauce)'', 2 bottles of ``Momo (sauce)'', and 2 bottles of ``Tan (salt)''. ``Bonjiri (sauce)'' is crisp and juicy. I haven't eaten "Momo (sauce)" so I don't know the details. The "tongue (salt)" looked like pork tongue, but it was delicious. The yakitori at this restaurant specializes in yakitori, where the raw meat is grilled to order over domestic Shachi Bincho charcoal for 110 yen per piece, so I think it's a pretty good value set menu with a good CP.
