全席半個室の大人の隠れ家
落ち着いた雰囲気でシンプルかつ贅沢な炭火焼鳥 産地直送の秋田高原比内地鶏や新鮮な若鶏にイタリアはシチリア島の岩塩をふわりと備長炭で丹念に焼き上げます |
水戸市役所近くで最近オープンした焼き鳥屋さんで黒を基調とした店内は半個室でBGMはジャズが流れており雰囲気が良いです。
注文はタブレットから実施するものでメニューの種類は少な目ですが見た目も洗練された美味しい焼鳥が頂けます。
食べたのはお任せ５本コース（髙原比内地鶏のもも肉、砂肝、ささみ、手羽先、つくね）、鶏皮おろしポン酢、イカゲソ揚げで、お酒はハイボールとレモンサワーなどです。
お通しは枝豆で普通でしたが、焼き鶏は１本づつ焼き上げた順番に提供されますし、見栄え・味とも申し分ないです。特にもも肉とささみが良かったです。また、味変用に焼き鳥には大根おろしも提供さてます。
鶏皮おろしポン酢は最初は量は多いと思いましたが中に大根おろしが隠れており量は普通でしたが味は良かったです。
イカゲソ揚げは普通です。
ハイボールは濃さがちょうどよく美味しいものでした。
