全席半個室の大人の隠れ家
落ち着いた雰囲気でシンプルかつ贅沢な炭火焼鳥 産地直送の秋田高原比内地鶏や新鮮な若鶏にイタリアはシチリア島の岩塩をふわりと備長炭で丹念に焼き上げます |
同僚と2人での利用。全席個室（2名〜4名）でカウンターはありません。お任せ5本セット980円（税抜）でスタート。お通しは枝豆でした。焼鳥のレベルは高いと思います。塩加減、串によっては火を通し過ぎなものもありましたが焼き加減も絶妙でとても美味しい。秋田高原比内地鶏の串（ネギ間、ソリレス、油壺）を頂きましたが抜群に美味しい。ジューシーさと味の濃厚さの違いがわかりますので値段ら張りますがお薦めです。
一品メニューも居酒屋価格で頂けめすので贅沢し過ぎなければコスパの良いお店だと思います。
