店舗裏駐車場に停車。
入店して券売機での注文。

券を渡してカウンター席に着席。
まずはスープ。
香ばしさと旨味があわさった
美味しいスープ。
中太の手揉み麺は、
もちもちで食感がとても良い。
トッピングには香ばしいチャーシュー、
甘みが染み込んだ味玉、やわらかメンマなど。
すべてが質の良いレベルが高い一品でした。
