関西風お好み焼き
今回は、3名で、シェアして食べました。
半分を頼んだ人、1/4を二人に
豚肉、エビ、イカの三枚 一枚500円だったかな？
少し酸味のある独特のソースが食欲を刺激して旨い。
手前の丸いのが私が焼いた奴。
自分で焼く人へ 良く混ぜてから、空気を含ませるように
丸く厚みを、調整しますが押し広げないように。
ソースは熱が入るように片面焼いたら塗る。最後に鉄板に
少し垂らすと良い匂いだが、他の人に食べたのバレる。
