大洗シーサイドホテル内のレストラン
海を眺めながらのモーニングコーヒーやランチを楽しめるお店。 |
鹿島臨海鉄道大洗駅から2.8㎞ほどの
大洗シーサイドホテルは
和室メインの48室あるホテル。
車だと水戸大洗ICから15分ほどで、
ホテルの前に広い駐車場がある。
その1Fにある”レストラン ウィスタリア ”は
大きな窓から海を眺めるレストラン。
HPで営業時間は11～15時となっているが、
チェックアウトした10時頃には営業していた。
wistariaは春に房のように連なった
薄い紫色の花を咲かせるフジの意味。
メニューを見ると軽食と飲み物だけで、
戦車ケーキセット700円は11時から提供と少し残念。
11時からは各種和定食やハンバーグ、カツレツ、
ステーキなど洋食もいただける。
窓に面した店内は明るく、カジュアルなイスと
テーブル。自動ピアノが演奏中♪
窓際の席に座り飲み物を注文。

ホテルのレストランなのにコーヒーフレッシュが悲しい。

大洗シーサイドホテルは大洗を舞台にしたアニメ
ガールズ&パンツァー劇中で度々登場する。
劇場版では海から現れたプラウダ高校の
KV-２の砲弾が命中し、多大な被害を受けていた。
2015年12月末、実際の改修工事の際に
かけられていたブルーシートの位置が
映画で砲撃された場所と同じと話題になった。
ロビーには巨大なボコられグマのボコのぬいぐるみが
飾られ、フロントにはサインやぬいぐるみ、
戦車模型などがディスプレイされる。
施設、サービス、料理とも微妙な感じのホテルだが、
ガルパンで集客してその利益で立て直していって欲しい。
