解説：現在のわたなべ製麺所を創業した渡辺栄寿は、浅草で食べたソース焼きそばが忘れられず、地元の飲食店の方々と試行錯誤を重ねてつくったのが那珂湊焼きそばの起源です。もちもちの食感をもつせいろ蒸し麺で太麺が特徴です。
