新潟で修行を重ねた店主が営む愛すべき洋食屋
キッチンくまという名前の通り、くまっぽいお父さんが厨房に立っている
無骨な職人気質の雰囲気はうまいものを食べさせてくれそうな感じ
ポークピタカやハンバーグなども美味しいのだが、くまの名物のひとつにもなっているのが洋食カレー
たっぷりの玉ねぎで作ってルーは秀逸
これまたたっぷりのバターが香るほど
スパイスは控えめに、洋風ダシをじっくりきかせたひと皿はなんとも言えない地味深さ
こどもでも食べられるくらい優しい味なのに
とにかく深みのある旨味が贅沢な仕上がり
今回、トッピングはエビフライを選択
余熱で中まで火を通す絶妙な火加減
ちなみに、ハンバーグもフライパンで焼いてからオープンで仕上げるこだわり
ひとつひとつの仕事が丁寧
そしてほぼ全てが手作り
地味な料理が多いが値段以上の価値に出会える本物の街の洋食屋だ
