以前より気になるお店に行ってきました。
ひたちなかのキッチンくまさん。ロースカツや
ロース生姜焼き、ロースにんにく焼きも美味し
そうですが、牡蠣狙いです。
残念ながらクルマなので、アルコール無しで。
店内はコンパクトでカウンター5席、小上がりの
2卓です。店名からのかカウンターには“くま”に
関するグッズが飾らています。
生カキから、少し小ぶりですが旨し。次の焼きカキ
は激ウマ、10個くらい食べれそう笑。そして、カキ
フライは衣が凄く薄くて牡蠣の旨みをしっかり味わ
える。ソースかけずにレモンのみで食べちゃいました。
またマスターと奥様がいいキャラで楽しい話を
たくさんしていただきました。楽しいお店です。
