休日のお昼に行ってきました。
オープン前に着いたのですが、行列が出来ていました。
席数が多い為、なんとか1巡目で着席できました。
あっという間に店内も満席に。
注文は天ざるそば。
温かいお蕎麦も美味しいですが、最後のとろとろのそば湯が飲みたいがために冷たいお蕎麦を頼むことが多いです。
しばらくして、注文したお蕎麦がきました。
天ぷらは海老が2尾、茄子、蓮根、筍、まいたけ、パプリカ。お塩で頂きました。
お蕎麦もコシがあって美味しいです。
食べ終わる頃、そば湯もきました。
やっぱり美味しかったです。
いつ行っても大満足のお店です。

いつも賑わっているひたちなかのお蕎麦屋さんです。
どのお蕎麦も美味しいですが、今回は鴨南蕎麦にしました。
焼いたねぎもとろっとしていて美味しいです。
鴨も噛むほどに味が口いっぱいに広がり、あっという間に完食しました。
