飯は、鶏肉をスープで煮込んだものにパクチーが添えられいるとのこと。
味で一番近いのは鶏五目ごはん。
鶏五目よりうっすらした味付けに生姜が香る。
油でコーティングされていてチャーハン味もある。
鶏肉は蒸されていて、ぷるんとした皮目も美味しい。
タレが黒糖を使っていて、味噌ダレ＋黒糖で蒸鶏肉にとても合う。
ジャンルは違うが黒蜜きな粉や信玄餅の味がわかればイメージしやすいだろう。
甘すぎず辛すぎず、よくある味だが一味違うとわかる秀逸なタレ。
ボリュームがあって、シンプルだけど飽きずに食べられる。
トムヤンクンはパクチー、エビ、プチトマト、パクチー、お豆腐などが入る。
スープを口に含むと酸味は継続するが、丸みのある酸味で刺激は少ない。
辛さもカレーで言うところの中辛もいかないだろう。
またお豆腐との相性が良くなお、刺激は穏やかになる。
接客もよく、丁寧に料理が作られているのがわかる。
テキパキしていて、あっという間に2品でてきた。
メニューがとにかく多く、ガパオや麺も美味しいとこのこと。
リーズナブルでボリューミー、日本で言うところの安くて美味しい定食屋さんといったところだろうか。
