スープは豚骨味噌で結構粘度があります。麺は太めで噛み応えがありスープとの相性も良く普通に美味しいと思います。カウンターの前で調理してますがガラスがあるため豚骨の臭いなどは漂ってこないのは良いです。美味しいのですが全体的に自分には重いです。
