土曜日のランチに行きました(^^)
ファーマーズプレートだったかな？
私は1,200円のランチを注文。
一緒に行った妹は、パングラタンみたいなプレートを注文。
身体に良さそう〜な、野菜のいい苦味と甘みが楽しめるお料理でした！
なんだかすごく身体にいいことした気分、そして、とっても美味しい！
サラダは、ルッコラみたいな苦味のある野菜が美味しかった。
ドレッシングも良かったです。
私が注文したのは、お肉料理〜
揚げた野菜の下には、トロッとした豚の角煮？が隠れてます♪
野菜入りのケークサレとパン。
さつまいものレモン煮かな。
春雨とズッキーニ？のサラダに、ひよこ豆の煮物。
大きなお皿に、盛りだくさんな野菜プレートでした。
写真はありませんが、ドリンクかスープが選べます。
私はスープを選びました。
今日は、トマトの冷製スープでした。
ブイヨンが効いてて、裏ごしされた、とろりとなめらかなトマトスープ。
美味しかった〜♪
心も身体もデトックスされた気分です。
また行きたいなぁ。
