文字通り「ファーマーズキッチン」農夫の台所です！
店主は畑で農夫として農作業をしつつ、食堂の台所にも立ってます。
農作業していれば旬たる収穫のタイミングも知っているでしょうし
直前まで畑にいるのですから、熟成した大地の恵みをパクつくことができます(^^)！
スーパーなどで売られる野菜って、まるで工業製品みたいに均一で、
生産管理を徹底することはいいことでしょうけど逆にオカシイですよね。
でもこちら、もろ「自然の恵み」です。
この自然の恵みは大きめ、場合によっては原形のまま出されます。
調理も生ですとか、素揚げや煮ても加熱し過ぎずシッカリと食感が残ります。
ですので料理を口に流し込むではなく、ムシャムシャと噛む感じです。
やはり農夫ですので、男の料理！豪快に盛られてます(≧▽≦)！
野菜といえばダイエット食みたいな、勝手なイメージがありますが食った感がありありです。
ランチのファーマーズプレートは1品肉か魚をチョイスするのですが、これがタップリ野菜に味変を加え最後まで美味しかったです(^^)
ちなみにテラス席ではペット同伴で夫婦が優雅に食事をしてました。
また(予約)弁当使いで利用している人も。
自家製のジンジャーエールなどもあり、カフェとしてユックリと(-。-)y-゜゜゜
野菜レストランということだけでなく、色んな使い方ができる店ですね(*^^)v
