平日の夜に二次会で利用しました。

【料理】
メニューは、鰻や渋いおでんの具材が揃っています。
生グレープフルーツサワーと、おでんのたまごや牛タン、水茄子の刺身などを注文しました。
最初に生グレープフルーツサワーとお通しの焼き茄子が到着。焼き茄子は作りたてで、みょうがとしょうが、大量の鰹節がトッピングされており、ポン酢をかけて頂きます。ふわふわジューシーで美味しかったです。
生グレープフルーツサワーも果汁感が強く甘さ控えめで飲みやすいですね。
次に水茄子の刺身が到着。
水茄子は生のまで、山葵醬油で頂きます。
水分をたっぷり含んでいるため、ジューシーでサクサクとした食感が心地よく、山葵醬油でさっぱりいただけます。
つづいておでんが到着。牛タンは繊維質の残ったやや硬めの仕上がりです。一口食べるとジューシーで、あっさりしてますが旨味がある出汁との相性もバッチリでした。
