笠間にある松栄寿司が代替わりして
ニューヨークで寿司修行をしていた
息子さんが笠間の店の後を継ぎ
お父さんが大洗で出店したそうです。
お店が2016年にできたばかりで新しいです。
ネタは築地から仕入れるのを基本として
ヒラメなど良いものがある場合は
地の物も使うそうです。
極上約4000円を食べました。
ネタとシャリが大きいです。
好みの分かれる所かも知れません。
ランチだと茶碗蒸しとサラダ
とあら汁がつきお得感があります。
大トロの炙りは個人的には
あまり美味しく思う事が少ないのですが
炙りに塗っているタレが
マグロに合ってうまかったです。
値段以上に満足しました。
