茨城県笠間市の名店『松榮鮨』大洗町にある分店『松榮鮨 大洗店』に初訪店しました。
お昼ごはん、仕事関係からお呼ばれにて伺いました。
東京に来てから赤酢にも少し慣れてきましたが、
米酢で仕上げたシャリにしっかりとしたネタが鎮座しています。
ネタとシャリのバランスが良いです。
大阪育ちなので昔はこれが当たり前、力強いお鮨を堪能しました。
昼から呑む芋焼酎がこれまた美味い！
