私の冬の最大にして最後の楽しみ、どぶ汁をいただきに訪問しました！
因みにどぶ汁とは鮟鱇から出る水分と野菜から出る水分で作る鍋のことです。どぶとはにごりを意味しどぶろくのどぶと同じ意味だそうです。
今回も裏切らない美味しい鮟鱇でございました。
こんだけ余韻が残るのは最近では安曇野翁の蕎麦ぐらいかな〜。
来シーズンはご高齢のこともありやるかどうか分からないそうです。やらなくてもどうかご健康でお過ごしいただければ幸いです。
もしやらないとしたらもう一つのスペシャリテの供酢の作り方は中毒者としてぜひとも教えていただきたい一品。
