茨城県道38号（那珂湊那珂線）沿いに閉店した蕎麦屋さんの後に開店したお店で、店内は蕎麦屋の面影が残ってますが美味しいイタリアンを頂けます。
休日は混んでいて入り難いですが、行ったのが平日の開店直後だったのですんなり入れました。
食べたのが自分がマルゲリータ1200円＋サラダセット400円、連れがジェノベーゼ1000円＋サラダセット400円です。飲み物は自分がハンドドリップ珈琲で連れはオレンジジュースです。
サラダセットはワンプレートに生野菜、自家製ピクルス、ラタトゥイユ、カボチャのマリネがのっており食べ応えがありました。
メインのマルゲリータは直径が約29センチ位の大きなものでドゥは説明によると北海道産の小麦粉”はるきらり”を手ごねと低温発酵で調理しているようですが、自分的にはもうちょっと小麦の旨味が欲しいところです。ピザはピザ窯では無く500度まで可能なオーブンで焼いているとのことです。
ピザソースはオレガノが効いたもので好みですしピザ全体のバランスも良いと思います。
珈琲も珈琲専門店並みで美味しいもので、カップは笠間焼きみたいです。
連れのジェノベーゼはしっかりバジルが効いており、ちょっと変わってますが茹でたジャガイモらしきものとインゲンが入ってました。
