JR常磐線勝田駅から徒歩5分の好立地。表通りから一本入った路地にある大人の隠れ家居酒屋です。馬肉料理と茨城地酒の専門店であり、新鮮な馬刺しをはじめ他にも様々な馬肉料理を愉しめます。茨城地酒も常備40種類以上取り揃え、その他にも季節のおいしい旬な日本酒なども取り揃えています。上質なゆったりとした大人時間を愉しむ事が出来ます。座席もカウンター、半個室、個室、フロア貸切など様々なシーンに対応致します。 |
勝田駅から徒歩5分ほどのお店でチェーン店ですが馬肉料理なら何でも揃うお店です。
開店して間もないので他のお店からヘルプの店員さんが来ておりちょっと店内はバタバタしてます。
連れと二人で訪問で食べたのは桜ユッケ、アサリ酒蒸し、馬スジ煮込み、自家製豆乳豆腐とジャコの和風サラダでお酒はハイボール、日本酒などで、日本酒は茨城県の地酒が揃ってます。
桜ユッケは馬肉自体は美味しいですがタレが薄目でもうちょっとインパクトが欲しいとこです。
アサリ酒蒸しは美味しいですがスープたっぷりなのにレンゲなどをないのが残念です。
馬スジ煮込みはスジ肉はハラミのような食感と味でこの日の料理の中では一番好みです。
和風サラダは来た時は凄いボリュームと思いましたが豆腐の下はほとんど野菜なので味も含め普通でした。
日本酒は開栓してかたちょっと時間が経っているようで期待した味ではありませんでした。
