笠間市でランチを。
お蕎麦を食べたくて検索したらこちらへ。
お店に着くとお客さんがいっぱい。
なんとか駐車場に止めて店内へ。
元気なお母さんが対応してくれます。
〇鴨大名そば 1,100円
大好きな鴨を。
配膳され、鴨蕎麦でもり汁を後から足すのは初めて。
せっかくなので、もり汁を足す前にかも汁を。
鴨の濃厚な旨味。
最高ですね。
お蕎麦は、ちょっと太めの田舎そば。
かも汁に付けていただくと美味しいですね。
かも汁に入っているのはネギと鴨。
鴨は弾力があり美味。
あっという間に完食。
美味しいお蕎麦でした。
駅から近いので今度は夜に来てみたいですね(*^-^*)
