つくいちチャレンジのスイーツ屋３軒目です。
「笠間地栗のモンブラン(¥730)」と「パリジャン(¥350)」をチョイスです。
꙳ヾ(꘎ꔷ◡ꔷ꘎ ) ｸﾘｸﾘ♪
モンブランは、下はパイ生地。そして中には軽い生クリーム。甘さも控えめで、シンプルにしっとりと、美味しい仕上がりに。そして、トップにある栗も存在感ありで、これを求めてました！に対応できてて良き。これが、笠間の栗かぁー。と、ゆっくり食べてしまう。
パリジャンは、マリトッツォみたいなシュークリームです。朝焼きとは書いてあるが、シューは、表面硬めではなく、ふっくらなタイプ。それにこれでもかっ！！ってほと、クリームがインです。このクリームはほどよき濃厚クリームで甘さもそこまで強くなく。なので、一気にぺろりな形に仕上がってます。うましっ！！です。
モンブランは値が貼るけど、それ以外は500円以内が多くて、都心よりはだいぶ魅力的な価格帯です。

平日の午前は、他にお客さんいなく、快適購入です。
店員さんも、優しい感じで、好感を持てるお店だと思います。駅前なのになかなかに寂しい。という別の課題はありそうですが(*´罒`*)
