笑っちゃうほど美味しいモンブラン2段重
モンブランの2段重は初めて見ました。なんだかざる蕎麦のようにも見えますが…
おもしろいネーミングです。
モンブランには目がないので正直どんなモンブランでも笑顔になれる自信がありますが、こちらも笑顔になれました。
モンブランペーストはふわふわとしていて、メレンゲの軽いサクサクと食感がアクセントになっていて美味しいです。
甘さはやや甘めなので、お子さんでも美味しくいただけると思います。
量は通常のモンブランの2個分くらいはありそうで、贅沢なひとときでした。
＊期待したいこと＊
ちょっと好みの甘さより甘さは強かったですが、機会があればまた食べたいですね。

以前いただいて美味しかったので、自分でも購入しました。
冷凍で届きます。
待ちきれずに半解凍の状態で食べましたが、チョコの層が入っていて、それが逆にパリッとした食感を楽しめて美味しかったです。
和栗の旨味をしっかりと楽しめるモンブランです。中のクリームはやはり常温まで戻した方がおいしいです。
したがサクサクとした軽い食感のメレンゲなのが嬉しいです。
＊期待したいこと＊
私の好きポイントをしっかりと押さえているバランスの取れたモンブランだと思いました。パリパリチョコをもう少し主張させても美味しいかもしれません。
たしかに、笑いはしませんでしたが、幸せな気持ちになれるモンブランでした。
もう少しメレンゲ部分の甘さが控えめだと嬉しいです。
