甘いおつゆのこの感じ、学食を思い出します。なぜか手元も口元もベタついてくる。ネギのこの感じもそんな感じ。お蕎麦の味は、やっぱり温かいのにするとよくわからなくなると思いました。

お揚げさんが肉厚で美味しいですね。常陸蕎麦もちゃんと味してよかった。お出汁は少し甘め、土地柄でしょうか。蕎麦は軽めです。朝ごはんだったのでちょうどよい感じでした。お値段少し高い。
