1年ぶりの訪問。
駅前にある身体に優しい薬膳中華が頂けるお店。
開店直後に伺い待ち無く入店。
店内は カウンター7席 2人掛けテーブル✕1 4〜5掛けテーブル✕3
「少々お時間かかりますが大丈夫ですか?」と女性店員さんから聞かれ 急ぐ訳でも無いので「大丈夫です」と返事。
10分もかからず配膳。
そっか! 電車の利用客への配慮なんですね～。
着丼
スープを一口。
塩気は程良く 胡麻の風味とコクを最初に味わえる。
辛味は控えめで ほんのりと酸味が口の中に残る。
飲み口が良いので 辛味が苦手な方でも頂けるかも。
麺は細めの緩い縮れ麺。
舌触りが良く 噛みごたえのある麺。
サラリとしたスープとの絡みも良いですね。
具材は 刻みチャーシュー・水菜・刻み玉葱・ネギ。
