評判のお店ですが
なんど通りかかっても閉まっていたので
来られませんでした。
今日は、たまたま昼時に開いていたので入店しました。
こんにちは！と、お店に入っても、
いらっしゃい！とかは、ありません。
券売機で券を買い、それでもなんにも声がかからないので、
親父に券を出し、勝手に座りました。
老夫婦だから、仕方ない。
水も、セルフ？
ラーメンは、背油が乗ったこってり醤油。
でも、見た目ほどは油っぽくなく、この系統では
味もやや薄めかな。
細めんとよく合います。
チャーシューは、厚切りの、ほろほろと
とろけそうなお肉で
こういうのが好きな私には、たまりませんでした。
