木曜日、昼から何となく飲んでまして（笑）夕方からガッツリ寝てしまいまして、起きたら0時半( ﾟдﾟ)
何となくラーメン食べたくなり、サイエンス大通りの五衛門ならまだやってるなと車を走らせるも、まさかの1時で閉店( ﾟдﾟ)
おいおい2時までって書いてあるぢゃんよーと嘆きながら、近くの山岡家で妥協しました（笑）
お店に入ると、店内7割位の入り！
やはり山岡家や夜中が人気ありますねぇ(^ ^)♪♪
今回は知り合いから勧められてた『えび塩ラーメン』の餃子セットをオーダー♪♪
そこそこお客が入っててもそこはチェーン店、ものの5〜6分で着丼(^O^)‼︎
さっそくプースーひと口…うんうん、山岡家の豚骨スープに海老の香味油みたいのがブレンドしてある感じです(^ ^)‼︎
確かにこりゃ旨い‼︎
何となく海老を炊きに炊いて、水分が蒸発して海老塩だけ残ったみたいな味がします♪♪
麺は…何かつぶつぶが入ってるな…全粒粉なのか⁇海老の粉末が入ってるのか⁇な中太ゆる縮れでした‼︎
プースーの海老の旨味が濃過ぎて、チョイと全粒粉なのかよく分からなかったな（笑）
具はネギにワカメ、メンマにチャーシューといった所か？
まぁ旨いんだケド、食べ進めるとだいぶ味が濃く感じたなぁ‼︎
最近山岡家さんは限定に力を入れているようで、なかなか面白いメニューがあります。
ただおっさんからすると少し濃い目なので、次回からは味薄めで注文しようと思います！
