拘りの鴨鍋や鴨石焼きなどがお勧めのお店✨
今回は鴨石焼き・ざる定食を注文☺️鴨亭名物の胸肉と野菜を石板で焼いて食べる！面白いのが、椎茸は日本酒に鴨肉は赤ワインに数秒漬けてから焼く胸肉は中がレアくらいが美味しいとのことで、焼きすぎずに食べてみるが肉が柔らかくて美味しい〜♪この柔らかさは想定外でした！
店内に入るまでは敷居が高く感じるかもしれませんがオススメです✨
