前から行こうと思っていたため、筑波山に登山した帰りに訪問。
筑波山に行った帰り、お腹へってきたので行くことにしました。
桜川市ってもっと近いかと思ってましたが、思ったよりも遠かった（笑）
混むだろうと思っていましたが、予約せず5時きっかりに訪問。
予約の方も入るのか、少し悩まれて案内されました。
テレビで見たことある女将さんもいらっしゃいました。
お店は、赤を基調とした佇まいで、ハンバーグ屋ぽくはない。
フレンチに近いイメージかなぁ。
メニューは、シンプル。
俵ハンバーグセットかペンギンコース。
あとは、ハンバーグの量によって値段が変わる。
セットは、ライスorパンとスープ・サラダ
1370円～2320円。
コースは、前菜、ライスorパンとデザート・ドリンク。
2300円～3450円。
デザートも美味しそうでしたが
俵ハンバーグセット・ふつう(1370円)
を注文。
タレを7種類から選べます。
塩と和風醤油にしました。
注文後、サラダとスープがすぐに出て
メインも結構早くでてきました。
出てきてからが特徴で
店員さんが半分にしてくれて、ナプキンでハンバーグを覆って蒸す。
これであとは焼き加減を調整するようです。
ハンバーグ自体は、値段が張るので、美味しいです。
ただ、少しポロポロ崩れすぎる感じ。
食べ方が悪いんでしょうか・・。
昔、繁盛していなかったとは思えない店構えと味だと思います。
話のネタにはいいかもしれません。
