ツアーで初めて行きました。それまでは全く知りませんでしたが、かの昔、みのさんの「愛の貧乏脱出大作戦」に出演し、みごとに貧乏脱出をしたお店のようです。
さて、それはさておき、雰囲気からですが、良いですね。あまり都会ではない、あったかい雰囲気の店です。店主の女性の方もみんなに説明してくれて、店員さん皆気持ちがこもってました。こりゃ続くでしょうね。
ツアーだったので、相席状態でしたが、まあそれは仕方ないでしょう。
なので、普通に行った時の席同士の距離などは分かりませんでした。
そして、味ですが、おいしいです。私は、俵型ハンバーグをいろんな店で食べたことがあるので、
それと同じでした。でも、一つだけ、この店ならではの良い点が。
それは、塩で食べるということ。
塩自体もフランス産の塩らしく、おいしかった。
ハンバーグも黒毛和牛だし、くせもなく、おいしい。
レアでも全然赤くなく、レアで全然良いと思います。というか、レアにすべきだと思います。
そして、付け合わせの、ブロッコリー、じゃがいも、コーンやたまねぎやきのこを炒めたもの、
これらもおいしかった！合格点です。
ライスも減農薬のものを使っているらしく、普通に美味しかったです。
量的にもＣＰ的にも良いと言えるでしょう。
地理的に次は、はっきりいって、いつ行くことになるか分かりませんが、
近くに行ったときには、また行きたい店ですね。
