先日、テレビの番組で扱っていたこともあり、お昼ごはんにお邪魔してきました。
お店に到着すると、案の定、多くのお客さんが外で順番を待っていて、改めて
人気店だと感じさせられました。
順番が来ると、お店の人が名前を呼んで、店内に案内してたのですが、
入口近くにそのお客さんがいないと、駐車場を走り回っておられました。
なかなか大変そうでしたが、笑顔で接客されおり、大変好感が持てました(^'^)
暫くして、店内に案内されました。
そして、ハンバーグセットの和風しょうゆ味を注文。
すぐに鉄板あつあつの状態でやってきました。
ミディアムで頼んだのですが、かなり生の箇所も残されており、あとは鉄板で
調節して戴くようでした。
お店の方は「黒毛和牛なので、赤身もおすすめですよ」と言われていたのですが、
私はしっかりと焼いた方が良いかな・・
途中で塩、コショーを少しハンバーグに振ったのですが、更に美味しく頂けました。
カミさんは、デザートでバニラアイスを戴き、満足しておりました。
美味しい昼食となりました。ごちそうさまでした。
