桜川市に生まれ育ち早20数年
こちらのお店のことは知っていましたが、どうも旧真壁町にはあまり行かないため行ったことがありませんでした
兄が帰省するのでみんなで行こうかとなり、ようやく行きました
食べログでの口コミがとても良いので、自然とハードルが上がってしまいましたが、上がったハードルにも劣らず素晴らしいお店でした
私がいない時に家族4人（両親と兄2人）でお昼に行ったそうですが、とても混んでいたそうです
ですが、店員さんはとてもテキパキ慣れたように接客し味もとても美味しかったとのこと
数日後、私も含めて家族で行った時は夜でした
夜も混むだろうと思ったらけっこう空いていました
18時を過ぎても私たち以外は1組しかお客さんはおらず、並ばずに食べるなら夜だなあと思いました
20代半ばにして脂っこいものが苦手な私ですが（笑）こちらのハンバーグは脂っこくなくお肉の味がしっかり感じられるものでした
付け合わせのニンジンやじゃがいも、ブロッコリーなどもバターべったりな感じではなくて素材の味を活かしたものでした
前菜のサラダも新鮮な生野菜でシャキシャキですし、レタスだけのサラダではなく野菜が数種類入っていたのでとても美味しかったです
デザートもメインに負けていないくらい美味しかったです
ジェラートが特に美味しかったですね
全体的に野菜やフルーツは新鮮で味も濃くなく食べやすかったです
ハンバーグもハンバーグ特有のジューシーな肉汁たっぷりというよりは、お肉の味を味わうような感じで、こちらも素材の味を活かしていました
逆に言えば
ファミレスのようなジューシーな柔らかいハンバーグやバターの香る付け合わせが好みなんだ
というタイプの人には違うと思われてしまうかもしれません
人それぞれ好みは違いますが、私は素材の味をしっかり感じられるこちらのお店の料理がとても美味しいと思いました
この田舎にしては少しお値段は高いかと思いますが、その値段に見合った味でした
行ってよかったです
また行きたいと思います
