・藤井商店（茨城県守谷市の和牛生産販売店）より仕入れた黒毛和牛100％。ももブロック肉（ランプ、しんたま、内もも、外もも）から上質な赤身だけを挽き、噛むほどに旨みがあふれるハンバーグ。
・セットではハンバーグのサイズ5種類、ソース7種類、コンソメスープまたはサラダ、ライスまたはパンの選択ができる。
・サイズはミニ100g、レディース140g、ふつう、1.5倍、ダブル。ソースはフランス産塩、特性和風しょうゆ、にんにくしょうゆ、トマトソース、納豆ソース、デミグラスソース、ホワイトソース。
