食べログのBMしてるお店が貯まってしまい、最初の頃BMしてたお店が訪問できず長らくほったらかし。
ちらほら「掲載保留」になってるお店もあります。
最初の頃のお店をクリアすべく、これから少しずつ回っていくことにしました。
こちらのお店もそんな感じで、今回満を持して訪問です。
言わずと知れた有名店。
看板メニューはハンバーグ！
人気のほどは食べログなどで知っていましたので、予約してからの訪問です。
俵ハンバーグはセットかコースか選べるので、せっかくなのでコースで、ハンバーグのサイズは一番大きいダブルサイズに。
あと、デザートは追加料金で盛り合わせにしてもらいました。
ソースは迷ったんだけど、珍しい納豆ソースに。
前菜も選べるのでローストビーフのサラダにしました。
前菜のローストビーフはお肉が柔らかくて、肉の臭みもなくておいしい。
それなりにボリュームもありますね。
ハンバーグはお店の人が目の前で割ってくれ、紙ナプキンをかぶせて蒸らします。
程よい所でソースをかけると、お肉と納豆ソースの焼ける匂い。
納豆ソースはやっぱり独特の匂いですね(^_^;)
ハンバーグは流石においしい。
外側は程よく焦げ目がつき、中はミディアムレアです。
納豆ソースは匂いは独特だけど、そこはやっぱり納豆。
食べてみるとまろやかで納豆の風味が効いてておいしいです。
ご飯大盛りにしてもらって良かったー。
大きなハンバーグもぺろりとあっという間でした。
デザートはぶどうのかき氷的なやつとかぼちゃのアイス？と抹茶のムースかな？
それぞれしっかりした量があって食べ応えがあります。
「パティシエの」と銘打ってるだけあって、本格的なスイーツですね。
めちゃくちゃおいしかったです。
結構お会計も金額的に凄かったんですが、滅多に来れないので満足です。
贅沢な時間でした。
年に一回位ご褒美的に行くといいかな。
また来ますね。
