誕生日や記念日、食事とおしゃべりをゆっくり楽しみたい、という時に、よく訪れるレストランです。
建物の雰囲気と大きさは、ヨーロッパや南アフリカのワイナリー内によくあるレストランに似ています。
ここの場合、地域性を色濃く反映して、ブドウ畑ではなく、田んぼと林の中です。

季節の旬の食材が、前菜からディナーに至るまでふんだんに使われ、ちょっとしたアレンジが加わっています。
プレートのディスプレイ一つ一つにも彩りがあり、食べる前に視覚でも楽しませてくれます。
個人的には、ミルフルールの肉料理が大好きです。
先日いただいた「仔牛ロース肉のポワレ バニラソース」は本当に美味しかった！
コースの配膳のタイミングはゆっくりな方なので、時間に余裕のある時に来る方が良いです。
１人5000円以上のコースにすると、個室が利用できます。（ディナーの場合。ランチは未確認）
別館だからといって配膳などのサービスが遅くなる、という印象は全くありませんでした。
別館個室を予約して、結婚記念日などのお祝いをした時には、
ちょっとした嬉しい演出をいろいろとしてくれました。
「ちょっと今日は特別」という食事を「とっても今日は特別」に変えてくれる、
レストランの方々の心遣いには、いつも感謝です。
また、ワインボトル持ち込みのチャージ料が、一般的なレストランと比較して安いです。
自分たちの口に合った好きなワインで食事を楽しみたい、という私たちにとって非常にうれしいです。
記念日などで利用する時・個室を利用したい時は、予約して相談しておくことをお薦めします。
