お昼にすき焼き的な牛肉が食べたい気分、久しぶりにすき家でも行くか、牛丼と生卵でプチすき焼き的な味わいを楽しめるしね
そんな事を考えながら、車を走らせていると、たまたま『木曽路』の看板が見えて来ました
あ！あそこならすき焼き的な物が食べれる筈、勿論本物のすき焼きも食べれるのは間違いないでしょう
入店すると、着物を着た女性スタッフに、席まで丁寧に案内されました
なんかいい感じ、今までチェーン店だと思って来てなかったのは失敗だったのかも
さてと、注文はどうする
勿論、本格的なすき焼きはあるけど、お一人様だしお酒も車だから飲めない、となるとすき焼きの気分を味わえる手軽なメニューで十分、お‼︎ ちょうどいいお刺身も付いてる御膳があるじゃないの
・すきやき御膳(国産牛ロース肉)〜2200円
霜降りよりロース肉の方が好みなので、国産牛ロース肉を選択、意図した訳ではないが結果的にお値段がリーズナブルに、まさに一石二鳥だね
すき焼き御膳は、あらかじめ調理されたすき焼きの御膳、なので配膳されたらすぐに食べる事が出来ます
早速、国産牛ロース肉を卵にくぐらせて、う〜んこれぞまさにすき焼き、思い描いた通りの味わい
わりしたの塩梅も程よく、いい感じだね
その他の具材もいただきましょう
豆腐に葱、春菊、玉葱、どれも美味しい、うどんは幅広いタイプで、ちょっと珍しいかな
忘れちゃいけない、お刺身も食べなきゃ
マグロに鯛の湯引き、うん！正直期待してなかったけど、美味しいね
食事をしている間には、着物姿の女性スタッフさんから、「ご飯のおかわりいかがですか」と声をかけていただいたり、お茶の差し替えなど、細やかな気づかいがとても好印象で心地よかった
食事も美味しいし、接客は心地よい、いや〜これまで利用していなかったのを後悔しましたよ
ごちそうさまでした
