霜降りお肉のしゃぶしゃぶコース。
フグの煮凝りは少ししょっぱかったです。
ステーキのサラダは、ワサビにつけて食べるステーキが美味しかったです。
カニはイマイチでした。身がスカスカで残念でした。
しゃぶしゃぶお肉はキレイなピンク色で柔らかくいつもどおり美味しくいただきました。
お店の雰囲気は、和のBGMが大きいのとずっと同じBGMなので飽きてしまうので改善希望です。
大きな音であのエンドレスBGMは苦痛でした。
改善工夫が必要かなと感じました。少し細かいですけども
