以前から興味のあったお店ですが、何となく未訪問でした。
食べログを始めてだいぶ経ち、興味のあるお店は一通り訪問したので、こちらに決めました。
以前は塩味の麺類に興味がありましたが、最近の好みは醤油系。
豚肉細切りそばを注文しました。
炒める音がした後、5分くらいで運ばれてきました。
スープは、昔懐かしい鶏ガラ味でとても美味しい。
細切りの豚肉・ほうれん草・椎茸などの具の入った、甘辛い味の餡かけが載っています。
食べ進むうちに餡かけの味がスープと混ざり合い、これはこれで美味しいですが、
せっかくの鶏ガラの味が消えてしまい、少々残念。
麺は細麺で少な目。
この鶏ガラスープを味わうには、シンプルにラーメンが良いのかも。
とは言え塩味も気になるし、色々なメニューを試してみたいお店です。
