客もまばらな時間帯だったこともあり、あっという間に配膳されてきました。中華丼もチャーハンも焼きそばも、がぁーっと炒めて、ぱぱっと皿に入れてハイと出す。素晴らしいテンポです。
味はどの料理もいたって普通。とぴきり旨いわけでもなく、さりとて不味いわけでもない…、と言ったらかなり語弊がありますが、ストレスなく空腹を満たしてくれます。
店内には、家族連れ、仕事帰りのサラリーマン、ご近所からとおぼしき壮年ご夫婦に若いカップル等々。老若男女、様々な方々に愛されている中華食堂です。
