つくば市の外れ、住宅地の中にある隠れ家的おそば屋さん。お昼にお邪魔して「田舎そば大盛り」を注文。
盛りよし。田舎具合も期待通り。かなりゴワッとした食感になっています。加えて、そばの風味が強く感じられて、私の好みのおそばです。
そば全般好きなのだが、特に本格派の田舎そばが大好き。どちらかというと粗野な感じの手打ちそば。なかなかこの感じには巡り会えません。
相性の良い店見つけました。
