数年ぶりに伺いました。
最安値500円の天丼ですがちゃんと蓋も乗っていてうれしい
甘く濃いめのタレに熱々のご飯がすごくおいしい。
味噌汁は味薄めで、濃いめのタレの天ぷらに合わせて計算されているのか、丼を食べる合間にすするのにぴったり。
梅干しまでついている、この梅干しも甘くて美味しい。大満足です。ありがとうございました。
採算つくのでしょうか…
天丼500円の原価が200円だとして
一日60食くらいは出るとして
粗利約2万として家賃15万として…
などと考えてしまった。
壁に、注文はしっかり決めて一人ずつしましょうとの張り紙。
