ケンミンショーで見た茨城のシーフードレストラン・メヒコ
ＭＥＸＩＣＯだけどメキシカン料理じゃない。
見た目、おしゃれ感もないレストラン。
でも、一歩店内に足を踏み入れると…
鳥小屋っ！？
フラミンゴを養殖してフラミンゴ肉を提供しているお店と言うわけではございません。
れっきとしたシーフードレストランでございます。
私が食べたメニューだって
ウニとムール貝のピラフだよ。
ちゃーんとシーフードでしょ♪
¥1,764とちょいとお高めですが、お味は最高にうんまい。焼きウニが香ばしく香り立ってます。
ウニもカニもムール貝も乗ってるんだから、このお値段は実はアリなのかな。
店内にフラミンゴがいるのは社長がフラミンゴが好きだからとか。
シミ・汚れひとつないきれいなピンク色のボディには大人も子供も魅せられてしまいますよ。
ただずっとエサを食べ続けているので（水の中に餌のプランクトンがいる）直立した姿はなっかなかお目にかかれません(´＿｀。)
生態観察してるのも面白いですよ。
餌はクチバシの上にあいた穴から摂取してるみたい。
