イオンモール土浦のイートインコーナー横に、8月1日(土)8月2日(日)の期間限定でメヒコがオープンしていたので自宅用に購入しました
購入したのは、言わずと知れたカニピラフですね
・カニピラフ大折(3人前)〜2480円(税別)
自宅に帰って夕食でいただきました
購入してから、3時間くらい経過していたので当然ですが冷めている状態
だけど、ここのカニピラフは冷めた状態のも美味しいんだよね
いただきまーす
まずはカニの身を剥かないといけません
むき身の商品も売っているのですが、カニピラフの醍醐味は、やっぱカニを剥く事
ある程度カニの身をピラフにのせたら、ぱくり
美味し！
カニの出汁がきいたピラフは、あいかわらず美味いよ
久しぶりにたべたけど、間違いないね
そしてこのピラフには、ピーマンの味がきいていて、これが大きな仕事をしています
個人的にピーマンが入ってなければ、美味しさ半減でしょう
普通に買物に来たつもりが、思わぬ所でメヒコのカニピラフが買えてラッキーでした
美味しかったな〜
これからも時々出店して欲しいですね
