午後１時、今日のお昼は酢豚を食べたい！と張り切って「大成軒」を訪問しましたが「酢豚は３０分はかかりますよ」とのことでしたので、「肉野菜炒め」（¥６５０）、「ライス」（¥２００）、「餃子」（５個入り、¥３５０）、合計¥１，２００を注文しました。お店は活気に溢れていて、地域に愛されている町中華だとすぐに判りました。
でもね（涙）、餃子は油でべちゃべちゃ、ぼろぼろなんです。沢山のお客さんで忙しいのでしょうね。でもね、料理人のプロとしての矜持があればこの餃子は逆に出せないでしょう。一口だけ食べて残しました。残念でした。
お店の駐車場もいっぱいでしたので、お隣の有料駐車場に停めました。駐車料金は１時間１００円でした。
